Processing & Shipping Times
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Shipping is a flat rate of $6 per order.
Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are determined by USPS and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.
• Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ivory Lane Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Ivory Lane Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If you experience a problem with delivery, please contact USPS directly using your tracking information.
