Refund policy

Damage and issues:

Since our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your products when you receive them. Contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can find a solution. 

Cancellations and refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Order can ONLY be cancelled if it has NOT shipped yet. 

If your order has been refunded, you will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund can take up to 3-5 days.
